Former U.S. Department of State official Stephanie Schmid has picked up three new endorsements in her bid for the Democratic nomination for Congress in New Jersey’s 4th district.
Support from Avon Democratic Municipal Chair Patricia Q. Sheehan, Little Silver Democratic Club president Joan Gotti and Freeholder Township Democrats president Scott Berlin comes as Schmid is seeking the Monmouth County Democratic organization line for her bid to take on 20-term Rep. Christopher Smith (R-Hamilton).
